SHIPPING - I just ordered! When can I expect my package?

The estimate delivery time is 1-3 working days in Oklahoma, USA and up to 7 working days within the United States and its territories. Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control, especially in cases caused by weather conditions.

SHIPPING - Can I track my package?

Absolutely! A tracking number is provided with each order. Click on the tracking number received in your delivery confirmation email and you will be routed to the respective postal carrier site which will show you exactly where your goodies are and when to expect them.

RETURN & EXCHANGES - How do I return an item?

Returns and exchanges at Dear Reverie are easy! If you would like to return or exchange an item, email us at www.dearreverie.com and send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, Dear Reverie will not accept any earrings or any other jewelry that passes through piercings as returns.  If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us at me@dearreverie.com and we'll get you taken care of!

RETURN & EXCHANGES - Can I exchange an item?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of earrings or any other jewelry that passes through piercings. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us at me@dearreverie.com. Other items that are still in original packaging may be returned or exchanged by emailing me@dearreverie.com.  Thereafter, a shipping address and return instructions will be provided.

PAYMENT - What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

ACCOUNT - Do I need to create an account to checkout?

That's not necessary! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.

However, if you already bought from us before and are planning to buy from us in the future, creating an account will have your shipping details pre-filled so you can go straight to the final step of the checkout.
